The Mobile-Channel solution is designed for formal integration between banks and their customers mobile phones. This solution is based on USSD, SMS and WAP(GPRS) services on mobile handsets. Depending on bank requirements, this channel will allow customers to do the following:

• Transfer money between accounts

• Get bank balances and mini-statements

• Receive bank alerts and notifications

• Receive information on promotions

• Pay or purchase for utility services

• The interface can be USSD, SMS, Java Application or WAP
